“Plastic Hamburgers” is off of Fantastic Negrito upcoming album Please Don’t Be Dead, which is set to be released on June 15th, 2018. With its admonition to “break down these chains” this hard rocking contemporary blues tune is the empowering anthem that we need in these tumultuous times.
Concerning the intent of the song, Negrito made the following statement: “Addiction, guns, censorship, overconsumption. I wanted people to feel like this is our song, our rallying cry: Let’s tear down the walls that separate us and face who we really are.”
