100 Punk Protest Songs

Punk has long been a genre that was not afraid to be political, making an important contribution to the canon of protest music, speaking out against a whole slew of social injustices. I compiled a Spotify playlist of 100 Punk and punk-adjacent (such as proto-punk, post-punk, and numerous subgenres) protest songs to highlight this. For the sake of variety, I decided to limit it to one tune per artist (which is why your favorite Clash song has been excluded). The songs are also presented in chronological order.
