This tune appears on the recently released album Signs of Life by the Americana duo My Politic. The lyrics well express the overwhelming sense of tumult felt in the current climate. The song discusses how social media makes us less social and more lonely. It also talks about other challenges of the digital age, like the selling of personal information, the proliferation of falsehoods, and consumerism.
